Congratulations to Eifion and Wayne for successfully completing the Cardiff Half Marathon and raising much needed funds for the Charity. Once again there was a lovely atmosphere as 15,000 runners set out in beautiful sunshine on the new route this year. Eifion crossed the finishing line in just over 2 hours with Wayne beating his record last year in just over 3 hours, despite suffering from a chest infection for 3 weeks before the race. 
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day out spent with Wayne's sister and family plus Eifion' s girlfriend, Sophie and his friend Perry, who helped with gaining sponsorship support. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us.Me - I am just the admin lady who organises everything and takes the photos. However, I am being encouraged to enter myself next year!!!!.
