I am again going to let the pictures tell the story. This is a refuse area that I can see from my apartment window. I am given to understand that some poor families claim territorial rights on a lot of these refuse areas. That would seem correct in that I have seen this lady several times since I arrived. It's called survival and so many people in this city live the same way.. Adina recently had a supply of aid from America and gave them some clothes and shoes (seen here).
