Arrived to mild temperatures in Romania for time of year. Warm welcome from Pastor Jackie but my luggage appears to have been left behind at Luton airport!!!! Airport staff are rather complacent. Slight problem - my essential eye drops are in the missing case so Pastor Jackie with all her contacts immediately gets onto the case. After a delicious meal awaiting us at the Luca household, Jackie and I get to work on the schedule with updates on all the projects. Adina bless her has given up her bedroom for me and I slept like a baby after missing out on sleep the night before. Here is a view from my bedroom.

Journal - Day 1 of my mission trip - arrival in Romania

Arrived to mild temperatures in Romania for time of year. Warm welcome from Pastor Jackie but my luggage appears to have been left behind at Luton airport!!!! Airport staff are rather complacent.
